He has been the principal of Guangji Central Primary School and Ningbo Experimental Primary School for 24 years.
He wrote 3 books and 6 educational and scientific studies and was awarded the Basic Education Achievement Award of the Provincial and Municipal People's Governments.
He has won the honorary titles of Excellent Teacher of Ningbo, Famous Principal of Ningbo, and "Chuncan Award" of Zhejiang Province.

Foreign Principal: Shane Foster
Shane Foster于1992年获得威斯康辛大学教育学硕士学位，并于1998年获得康考迪亚大学硕士学位，并于1985年开始他的教学生涯。Foster先生教学经验丰富，曾在多个高校担任校长，以及多个教育委员会任职。
Shane Foster目前是美国巴斯图学校校长，该校至今已有130年历史，实行从幼儿园到高中15年一贯教育，是全美排名前十的知名学校，历年毕业生中每15人就有一人入读哈佛、麻省理工、斯坦福等世界一流学府，成绩优异者可直升美国巴斯图高中。
Shane Foster's journey to Barstow as President began in 1983, when he received his Bachelor of Education from the University of Tasmania in Australia. He earned a Master of Education in 1992 from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Science from Concordia University in 1998. Mr. Foster also has extensive experience in education. He has served as an English and history teacher, Dean of Students, Director of the Residential Programs, Chair of Judicial Committee, Director of Leadership Camps and Chair of the Retention Committee. He became Barstow Head of School in 2005 and President in 2019.

中学英语高级教师，宁波市第二届名教师，浙江省“5522”名师培养人选，宁波大学研究生兼职导师，曾荣获"全国优秀外语教师"，浙江省“师德楷模”，宁波市“教坛新秀”、市“教坛中坚”，市青年教师基本功竞赛英语一等奖等荣誉称号。
历任镇海中学教务处副主任、国际部主任等职，并负责筹建镇海中学国际部剑桥（A-level）中心，现为宁波赫威斯肯特学校副校长、赫威斯学校初中部学术顾问。
Senior secondary school teacher, awarded Famous Teacher in Ningbo, candidate for the "5522" teacher training program in Zhejiang Province, and the part-time tutor for graduate students in Ningbo University.
He has won honorary titles including "National Excellent Foreign Language Teacher", "Model of Teachers' Ethics" in Zhejiang Province, "Excellent New Teacher" in Ningbo, "Teaching Backbone" in Ningbo, and the first prize in English Basic Skills Competition for Young Teachers in Ningbo.
He has served as Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Office, and Director of the CIE Center of Zhenhai High School of Ningbo. He is currently the Vice President of Ningbo Hanvos Kent School and the Academic Advisor of the Middle School of Haishu Hanvos School.
